The schools are closed for two months (April-May) at the end of each academic year. The students wile away this time in front of Television or in the play field. Hence Ashram intends to help the students to make good use of the vacation. Every year a residential camp is arranged for about 100 students (Primary and High schools). The camp is arranged in a place far away from the city on a hill or in a forest area. The students are given instruction in nature study, environment protection, rock-climbing, etc. Lectures are arranged. They are trained in leadership qualities, responsibilities of citizenship and moral values.
