The Ashram has organized a Vivekananda Youth Forum. The aim is to revitalize the youth and mould them into good citizens. About 150 young students have enrolled as members.
Sunday Classes Every Sunday, Classes are held for the Forum Members from 9 AM to 11 AM. They are trained in Veda Recital and singing of Bhajans (Devotional songs). Swamiji gives discourses on various topics touching the different aspects of Personality Development and National Life. On some Sundays Guest Speakers address the Youth. After the morning classes on Sundays, the youth are involved in some form of manual service. The aim is to imbibe in their mind the value of ‘ Dignity of Labour’. They sweep floors, keep Ashram premises clean. Through these activities, they are convinced that “Cleanliness is Godliness”.

Games and Sports
The youth are convinced about the importance of Physical fitness. They take part in several games depending on their likes and choice. They also learn the Folk arts like Kolatam, Donne Varese (Stave arts).
Study Habits The youth are very much encouraged to develop study habits. They make good use of the library to widen the horizon of their knowledge. They are guided in the study of healthy literature.

Adventure Outings Healthy adventures go a long way in shaping the personality of the young men. Adventurous young men are always an asset to the Nation. Keeping this in view, adventure camps are held once every month. They are taken to the forests or hills. They are orientated in the importance of Environmental Protection, Forest Conservation and a first hand experience of living in the Nature. They are trained in rock climbing, Bird watching, swimming. They are trained to face adversities of hard life.

Spiritual Excursion and Tours
Travel is a good means of education. The Youth are taken on a spiritual and sight seeing tour once a year. They visit Historical, Cultural and Spiritual places in the State and get first hand information about them. This has helped to inculcate in them a spirit of Nationality and a pride for our Cultural Legacy and Heritage.
The Youth are convinced about the Preservation of our National, Historical, Cultural and Religious Monuments.

Competitions and Rewards The Youth are Encouraged to involve themselves in healthy competition to bring out the best in them. The Youth are encouraged to participate in various competitions like Sports, Cultural activities, General Knowledge etc. Quiz and General Knowledge Competitions are held. The winners are rewarded with Prizes and Certificates.
